Room service was really handy. Here we could visit Plaza Zentralia that was very close to the hotel. Breakfast food was great...

next to plaza zentralia. simplementedeli, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. the building was nice.

We loved this hotel! The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was clean and bright. The location was perfect and so convenient. We were able to park our car easily and it was nice being near the mall and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the facilities as well.

The hotel is situated in a good spot close to shopping areas and eateries. The staff at the dining area was very courteous and the food was great. The swimming pool is also nice and clean, providing a nice, relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel staff did not understand English well, making communication difficult. the rooms were too basic and needed better amenities.

The hotel's location is great as it is just across a small shopping mall and is near several banks and restaurants. The bathroom was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, including a grill for specific orders. The pool area was clean with abundant chairs available.

The hotel's Wi-Fi connection is tediously low that it makes it hard to use.

I spent my Christmas at this hotel and it offered some good things. the breakfast buffet included a great variety of food, both hot and cold, which was much appreciated. the hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to shopping centers and restaurants. Lastly, I enjoyed the fact that the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My stay was not perfect. Despite the hotel's key location, the noise level was unacceptable, especially at night.
